14-day money-back promise

If Chrimbo isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. Please include the email address you used to buy. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days. Your licence code stops working once you've been refunded.

The printable kit

The kit is sold on Etsy as an instant digital download. If the file won't open or something is wrong with it, message us through Etsy and we'll put it right or refund you.

Your legal rights

Chrimbo is digital content that you can use straight away. Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once you start using digital content with your agreement. Our money-back promise goes further than that, so you're covered either way. If Chrimbo is faulty and we can't fix it, you are also entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
