These terms cover your use of Chrimbo, made by New Era Digital Consultants Ltd. By buying or using Chrimbo you agree to them.

Buying the app

The Chrimbo app is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, which is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment, receipts and VAT. Its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. The printable kit is sold through Etsy.

Your licence

When you buy Chrimbo you get a personal licence to use it for your own household's Christmas planning, on up to 3 devices at a time. You may remove a device in the app to make room for a new one. Please don't share or resell your code.

What your purchase includes

Your purchase covers Chrimbo for Christmas 2026, including any updates we release before then. Later Christmases are a new purchase, and returning customers get a discount.

Your data

Your plans are stored only on your device (see our privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping backups. We cannot recover plans that are deleted from your device, for example when browser data is cleared or a device is lost.

Cooking and food guidance

Cooking times, quantities and food-safety notes in Chrimbo are general guidance. Always check food is cooked through, and follow packet or butcher's instructions where they differ. Check labels for allergens yourself. Chrimbo's dietary suggestions are not a substitute for checking.

Availability

We work hard to keep Chrimbo running smoothly but can't promise it will be free of errors or always available. Chrimbo is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
