Presents, stockings, cards, the food shop and Christmas dinner timings, all in one place.
UK, 2 November 2026: Chrimbo, a new Christmas planner for your phone, is available now at www.getchrimbo.com. It was created by founder Hetty MacLeod, a busy mum of three, for anyone who ends up running Christmas.
"Every year we host two days of big family Christmases, but the work isn't just those two days. It takes up the whole of December," says Hetty. "So I made the planner I wanted, with everything in one place and the cooking timed for me, so I can actually enjoy it."
What Chrimbo does
- Presents: a profile for everyone, with their interests, sizes and budget, and a record of what you gave them last year.
- Stockings: stocking fillers kept separate from presents, with their own budget.
- Cards: import addresses from your contacts, print address labels, or send e-cards to the people you email.
- Food shopping: tell it how many are eating and it suggests the list and quantities, including gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free extras.
- Christmas Day timings: say when you want to eat and what's on the table, and Chrimbo gives you every step, with oven temperatures.
- And the rest: Secret Santa, delivery and budget tracking, and an Elf on the Shelf idea for every night, an advent activity calendar and a letter to Santa for the children.
"I've always kept present lists in my notes app, adding to them throughout the year and often forgetting I'd already started one," says Hetty. "Christmas cards just feel like an impossible task on top of school events, teacher presents and managing the class WhatsApp groups. Chrimbo keeps track of everything so I can enjoy it."
Price and availability
Chrimbo is a £5.99 one-off payment for Christmas 2026, with a 14-day money-back promise. It works on iPhone, Android and computers through the web browser, with no app store and no password, and needs an internet connection. Plans are saved, encrypted, to the customer's own Chrimbo account, and are never sold or used for advertising.
Household sharing and AI gift ideas are coming soon in a free update for customers. The site also offers a free turkey calculator and a guide to last posting dates for 2026.
"I'm Chrimbo's first customer and its first user, and I'm planning my own family's Christmas with it this year," says Hetty. "I'd love to hear what people think, and what other features they'd like me to add."
